What you described above is actually far from the actual work culture enliven in Deplu and especially in KBRI. You can not easily compare Deplu (being the only govt institution whose main emphasis on foreign affairs and global diplomacy) with other government institutions. And you certainly have no picture of how KBRI officers and ladies interact among another. They uphold the manner and etiquette quite high, sometimes it becomes rigid, inconvenient, and bureaucratic. If someday you’re admitted to Deplu, you’ll find a different atmosphere with its own difficulties to adapt yourself to. For sure, the way you expressed your critique in the post above is certainly not according to the acceptable standard of diplomacy writings – outward and inward KBRI. You might want to work on that chapter.
